ChosenAuto is an independent automotive marketplace designed to help shoppers discover vehicles and connect with participating dealerships.

ChosenAuto is not itself the participating dealership selling a vehicle unless explicitly stated otherwise.

ChosenAuto does not take title to vehicles displayed by participating dealerships and does not itself determine the final terms of a vehicle transaction between a shopper and dealership.

ChosenAuto may display vehicle information provided by or associated with participating dealerships.

Vehicle information may include:

• Availability
• Price
• Mileage
• Features
• Specifications
• Photos
• Location
• Other listing information

Vehicle inventory and information can change.

ChosenAuto does not guarantee that a vehicle shown on the website remains available at the time you submit an inquiry or visit a dealership.

Final vehicle availability, condition, equipment, pricing, fees and transaction terms should be confirmed directly with the participating dealership before purchase.

Submitting an inquiry through ChosenAuto does not reserve a vehicle, create a purchase contract, guarantee dealer acceptance, or guarantee that a vehicle remains available.

When appropriate, ChosenAuto may send or route shopper information to a participating dealership so the dealership can respond.

The dealership is independently responsible for its communications, customer service and any transaction it enters into with a shopper.

Find My Car allows shoppers to provide information about the type of vehicle they are seeking.

Submitting a Find My Car request does not guarantee:

• that a matching vehicle exists
• that a participating dealer has a matching vehicle
• that a dealer will obtain a requested vehicle
• a particular price
• financing approval
• a completed transaction

The feature is intended to help facilitate connections between shoppers and participating dealerships.

ChosenAuto is not a lender and does not itself make credit or financing approval decisions.

Financing availability, qualification, interest rates, loan terms, payments, down-payment requirements and credit decisions are determined by participating dealerships, lenders or other applicable financing providers.

A financing-interest submission through ChosenAuto is not a loan application approval or guarantee of financing.

When ChosenAuto links you to a participating dealership's or third party's secure financing application, that separate service may have its own terms and privacy policy.

Review those terms before submitting sensitive financial information.

Prices and other listing information displayed on ChosenAuto may change and should be confirmed with the participating dealership.

Applicable taxes, title charges, registration fees, documentation fees, dealer fees, optional products, financing charges or other transaction costs may not necessarily be reflected in a displayed vehicle price unless expressly stated.

The participating dealership is responsible for providing and explaining the final transaction terms.

ChosenAuto facilitates discovery and connections.

ChosenAuto does not guarantee:

• vehicle availability
• dealer response time
• a particular vehicle price
• financing approval
• credit terms
• an appointment
• a completed sale
• the outcome of negotiations between a shopper and dealership

When using ChosenAuto, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to use the website only for lawful purposes.

You may not intentionally:

• submit fraudulent or misleading inquiries
• impersonate another person
• attempt unauthorized access to the website or Admin systems
• interfere with website operation or security
• use automated methods to scrape, overload or abuse the service where prohibited
• upload or transmit malicious code
• use ChosenAuto to violate applicable law

Participating dealerships are independent businesses.

Their participation in ChosenAuto does not make them employees or agents of ChosenAuto unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Dealerships remain responsible for their own:

• inventory
• advertising and listing accuracy
• licensing and legal obligations
• customer communications
• vehicle condition
• pricing
• financing activities
• transaction documents
• sales
• warranties or service obligations they provide

ChosenAuto does not control every action or representation made by an independent participating dealership.

ChosenAuto may link to dealership websites, financing applications or other third-party services.

Those services are independently operated and may have separate terms and privacy policies.

ChosenAuto is not responsible for the availability, content, security or practices of independently operated third-party services.

The ChosenAuto name, branding, website design, original content and other ChosenAuto materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party vehicle information, trademarks, photographs and other materials remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit ChosenAuto's protected materials without authorization except as permitted by law.

ChosenAuto may modify, suspend, update or discontinue portions of the website or marketplace as the service evolves.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website.

ChosenAuto provides the marketplace and website on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

While ChosenAuto works to provide a useful marketplace experience, information may occasionally be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate.

Nothing on ChosenAuto should replace your own review of a vehicle, transaction documents, financing terms or dealership representations before entering into a transaction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ChosenAuto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the website or interactions with independent third parties through the marketplace.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of ChosenAuto, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

Any governing-law or dispute-resolution provisions applicable to ChosenAuto may be established or updated in accordance with applicable law.

ChosenAuto may update these Terms as the marketplace evolves.

When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date should be revised.

Continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
